By completing and submitting this form, you are giving us explicit permission to collect and hold your name and contact details for use by the Association En Route team.

If you are completing our Adoption Application form, we will hold your name, address and contact information to enable us to keep in touch for the life of the dog you have adopted, and then to let you know of any news of the Association. If you would like to opt out of our news updates once your dog has passed on, please notify us and we will remove you from our database.

If you are completing our Fostering Application form, we will hold your name, address and contact information for the time you wish to be considered for fostering for Associaion En Route. It is your responsibility to notify us if you would like your name to be removed from our Fostering database.

If you are completing our Volunteering Application form, we will hold your contact information for the purpose of requesting help with home visits, transport or other volunteering work that you have offered. If, at any time you wish your details to be removed from our database, it is your responsibility to notify us to do so.

Your data will not be shared with third parties under any circumstances.
